About Aaron Brown

Although I consider myself a Coloradoan, I was born in the middle of Montana. Most of my growing up years were spent in the pleasant town of Loveland, located in Colorado’s front range. I went through the public education system, graduating from Loveland High School in 1997. Keeping it local, I attended Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, where I earned a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing minor.

Needing a break from 17 years of school, I rode my bicycle across the country from Seaside, Oregon to Hilton Head, South Carolina with three friends. Once I ran out of money I did what most American post-undergrad males do, I moved back in with my parents. Happily, after framing houses for a few months, I got my first “real job” at Group Publishing.

A few years later, I married my lovely wife Tara on 8/7/2003 (I’ve put this date here mostly for my reference). We met at our church, Faith Evangelical. Loveland has continued to be our home, although we’re currently traveling about the country with Tara’s work. After five years with Group, I left my post as Marketing Research Manager, and enjoyed a unique time of discovering the U.S. with Tara. Now, back in Loveland, we started our family with a beautiful baby girl. I’m working for a website design company called Red Rocket Media Group.

I enjoy adventure sports like hiking, backpacking, climbing, surfing, and mountain biking. I hope to be doing these even when I’m older–after all 60 is the new 40–but I’ll take what I can get. I also enjoy building things, be it websites, RC airplanes, products, or houses. My overall hope is to live my life to the fullest, which means acknowledging God in all my ways, constantly worshiping Him through my relationships, my work, and my play.
